It was an excellent fit for a rapid stop in New York with good value. The breakfast options were plentiful, with fresh fruits and hot items that kept us fueled for the day. Arrive early for breakfast to snag a good spot and enjoy the variety.

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was during my stay. The daily housekeeping ensured my room was always fresh and comfy, making it a cozy retreat. The staff's attention to detail, like the manager watering plants and greeting guests, added a special touch to the entire experience.

absolutely terrible experience. the room was a shoebox, and the towels felt like sandpaper. to top it off, even after my complaints, no one bothered to drop off a single towel at my door, I thought at least a welcome drink woudl ve been standard. I almost considered a good review, just couldn’t.

The location felt unsettling and unkempt. The walk to the amusement park took about 15 minutes through a littered area, raising safety concerns, especially after dark. Trash cans within the room were not serviced adequately, leading to unpleasant odor due to fill, and upon requesting, housekeeping couldn't provide extra bags, necessitating some improvisation.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the close proximity to Coney Island, hitting up the beach and boardwalk. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and breakfast options were plentiful. Free parking was a huge plus, and the whole experience felt safe and fun.

I appreciated the spotless condition of the room and comfortable bed, and the breakfast, with plenty of options including delicious homemade bread, set a great tone for the day. However, the parking situation was often challenging, necessitating careful maneuvering to find a spot. Additionally, the location felt a bit far from major attractions, which was a downside for exploring the area at night.

my stay at best western was great! the customer service was incredible, especially when they helped me with a credit card issue. it's also close to coney island beach, which is a definite highlight. the daily room cleaning and 24-hour fitness center added to the comfortable vibe here.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a tea/coffee maker. Loved having cable channels and a hairdryer. The bathroom was nice, and the towels were clean. The fitness centre was a perfect way to unwind after a long day!

the parking was really limited (had to be careful about finding a spot) but the staff was fantastic and friendly the breakfast had eggs sausage and fruits which was great the room was clean with comfy beds
